Between agriculture and industry,the processing industry of agricultural products is connected with farmers and citizen,belonging to the important component of agriculture already,and having the attribute of industry.Agricultural product processing industry plays an important role in the structural reform of agricultural product supply and demand,comprehensive poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.With the construction of an innovative country,the important position of technology innovative in various fields is further highlighted.As the pillar industry of Jilin province,the processing industry of agricultural products also realizes the importance of technology innovative.At present,there are many paths of enterprise technology innovative.Whether to choose the proper path of technology innovative is directly related to the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is very important to study the path of technology innovative of agricultural products processing enterprises in Jilin province.In this paper middle-agricultural non-staple food processing enterprises,food manufacturing enterprises,wine and beverage and refined tea manufacturing enterprises,are taken as the research objects.Under the guidance of innovative's theory of technology and path dependence theory,the methods of questionnaire survey,analytic hierarchy process and TOPSIS are adopted to study the path of innovative's technology in agricultural products processing enterprises in Jilin province to evaluate technology innovative path of typical enterprise,to sort out and summarize the Jilin province agricultural products processing enterprise technology innovative path selection process problems,and to provide the feasible technology innovative path for the enterprises.The conclusions are as follows: First,the agricultural products processing enterprises in Jilin province should not only choose a single path,but also choose multiple paths;Second,the medium-sized food manufacturing enterprises,large-scale liquor beverage and refined tea manufacturing enterprises should take the cooperative innovative path as the main path and the independent innovative path as the secondary path;Large-scale agricultural and non-staple food processing enterprises should take cooperative innovation path of cooperation as the main path and innovative path as the auxiliary path;Third,among the internal factors that influence innovative path choice,innovative consciousness,development's ability to research,innovative ability to invest capital and the number of technicians have great influence on innovative path choice;Thirdly,Among the external factors,the policy environment,labor market,the difficulty of technology acquisition and the financial service support have great influence on the choice of innovative path;Fourth,in the process of choosing the path of technology innovative,the enterprises lack of knowledge about their own conditions and external environment,and blindly carry out innovative,which leads to the current choice of the path of technology innovative is not the most suitable path for enterprise development.Finally,this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the technological innovation and development of agricultural products processing enterprises in Jilin Province,supporting enterprises according to the path of technological innovation,promoting enterprises to make scientific technological innovation path,formulating support policies for different technological innovation paths,cultivating the correct innovation consciousness of enterprise leaders,and establishing of professional information service and technology sharing platform,in order to provide theoretical support for the government and enterprises to formulate policies to promote technological innovation of agricultural products processing enterprises and to promote the transformation and upgrading of agricultural products processing enterprises and healthy and sustainable development.
