Research On Spatial-Temporal Evolution And Influencing Mechanism Of Spatial Correlation In Hefei Metropolitan Circle

Accelerating the construction and development of urban agglomerations or metropolitan circle is a major strategic plan by the Central Committee of the CPC and the state council.The establishment of scientific and rational regional development planning and effective implementation is of great significance for the implementation of the strategy,the promotion of new urbanization and the cultivation of growth pole.But at present,the area all has some problems in the process of organizing and implementing the plan,like that inadequate co-ordination,inadequate coordinated development and weak supervision and management.All of above make the problem about how to coordinate the development of the urban agglomerations or metropolitan circle has become the focus of academic research.Hefei metropolitan circle was born with the development of Anhui,and as the leading social and economic development in Anhui,Hefei metropolitan circle is the core for Anhui to achieve the goal of economic development in China's central region.However,the Hefei metropolitan circle is still in the early stage of development and has not yet formed a mature system and level in internal structure and spatial correlation.Therefore,optimizing the internal structure of the metropolitan circle and enhancing the urban spatial correlation is the key for Hefei metropolitan circle to growth rapidly,and it is also the inevitable choice to accelerate the rise of Anhui.Based on the concept of spatial correlation,according to the economic correlation between the internal city in the whole development stage of Hefei metropolitan circle,this paper studies the evolution of spatial correlation intensity,direction characteristic and spatial differentiation of Hefei metropolitan circle from the angle of time and space,then combining with the status quo to analyze the influence mechanism of internal spatial correlation and using the measurement model to validate whether the city's comprehensive strength,traffic location,urban extroversion function and industry homogeneity degree influence the spatial correlation intensity or not and how to influence.Finally,it puts forward the suggestion of enhancing the spatial correlation of metropolitan circle.Firstly,based on time dimension,the evolution of spatial correlation in Hefei metropolitan circle is analyzed synthetically from two aspects: total quantity and structure.On the one hand,using modified spatial interaction model combined with ArcGIS technology to obtain the results,and the result was showed that the economic correlationbetween the internal city in metropolitan circle continue to increase with the time changes but more and more tend to distance attenuation law.At the same time,adopting the membership formula to obtain the main direction of spatial correlation is based on the central city directivity principle and geographical proximity direction principle.On the other hand,using the SNA method and Ucinet6.0 technology platform,it was found that the overall network structure of Hefei metropolitan circle changes obviously,which is characterized by "center-periphery" structure,but the network density of the metropolitan circle is low and in weak coupling state overall.Secondly,based on the spatial dimension,the evolution of spatial correlation in Hefei metropolitan circle is exploratory analyzed from two aspects: the spatial pattern and spatial differentiation.On the one hand,according to three different measure methods and the results were showed that the absolute difference between the spatial economic correlation in metropolitan circle is increasing and the relative difference is decreasing.On the other hand,it exists a kind of spatial correlation model with significant autocorrelation in metropolitan circle,which was based on the exploratory spatial data analysis method.Among them,the global autocorrelation shows the distance decay law.At the same time,according to the local spatial autocorrelation analysis,it was found that the features of "Homogeneous aggregation,heterogeneous isolation" is obviously in the process of external economic correlation of every cities.In general,the spatial agglomeration degree of economic correlation in Hefei metropolitan circle is low.Again,the theoretical mechanism and the status quo analysis all showed that comprehensive strength,traffic location,urban extroversion function and industry homogeneity degree jointly affect the spatial correlation intensity of Hefei metropolitan circle.Therefore,through the construction of panel and spatial model to test the specific impact which the above four factors play on the metropolitan spatial economic correlation.The results showed that only the industry homogeneity degree is negatively correlated with the spatial economic correlation,and among the positive influence factors,the degree of spatial influence level of city's comprehensive strength play on the economic correlation is the most obvious.Finally,on the basis of summing up the conclusions of the paper,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions to enhance the spatial correlation intensity of Hefei metropolitan circle and promote the regional coordination and integration and thus to promote the economic development of Anhui.
