With the development of economy, people’s living pressure increases gradually, the urgent need of the people to release pressure in nature, therefore leisure tourism has been rapid development in nearly a decade. Hot spring tourism is a kind of tourism to aftercare, entertainment, as the main content of body and mind, and the hot spring tourism change medical rehabilitation of hot spring machine to the high level of spiritual pursuit, becoming a new tourism products, therefore, hot spring tourism gradually become one of people choice of vacation and leisure as first considerationThis paper from the resort project rapid development period to adjust development strategy point of view, using SWOT analysis, Potter five competitive forces model as the theoretical basis, the Longtai Mountain resort project development case analysis, through the analysis of the specific Longtai Mountain and the county of Lushan tourism resources and the specific situation, put forward the development strategy.The first part of the article writing properties to the article from the research background, purpose and significance of the study are briefly described, and the basic situation of the Longtai Mountain resort project development unit are introduced.The second chapter present situation and development trend of Lushan county and the dragon of the tourism market in Longtai Mountain are introduced and analyzed, that the tourism resource in Long Lushan county and Longtai Mountain area, the Dragon rich tourist adequacy, traffic is convenient, in the overall tourism rapidly rising stage.The third chapter firstly from two aspects of natural environment, the humanities environment analysis and the construction of infrastructure of the Longtai Mountain resort project environment, and the ability of Longtai Mountain resort project from three angles:marketing ability, profit ability and core competence is analyzed, analyzes Potter’s five forces model analysis and SWOT matrix.The fourth chapter on the basis of the above analysis is first formulated the development goal and the principle of Longtai Mountain resort project, then put forward including the establishment of comprehensive supporting infrastructure, the main resort health brand, the mining depth of the development strategy in four aspects of regional culture and marketing channel, and finally discusses the measures of developing strategy, including human resource security, management mechanism, security and capital equipment and technical support.Draw conclusion that a hot spring resort product differentiation is not big, competitive bargaining power is low, but have a large number of tourist market, consumers have a stronger desire to buy, also have enough ability to pay, tourist market is large. That is to say, the company should adopt differentiated product strategy to develop the market, or tourism market segment on the basis of product differentiation, trying to show the company is different from others.
