In the new era of corporate administrative process, human resource plays the most crucial part in the company’s prosperity; and in human resources, the most critical part of that is the performance appraisal, which is usually used as an effective way to measure the employees’ performances. Therefore, the performance appraisal is the achievement of value judgment process that can help the corporations achieve the business targets, select certain criteria and make use of scientific and effective measures to evaluate the employee works to achieve the goals, objectives, and the key responsibilities of the job over the course of the year. With more and more significant of the performance appraisal and in the meantime being a weak process in HR in the daily corporation operation, enhancing the research of performance appraisal research would bring reference function as to improve the level of corporation administration.This paper researches a serious of problems that occurred in the development of JYG Advertisement Corporation. And it also gives the introduction and analysis of the solutions to those problems as well as a deep research about the JYG staff performance appraisal at the present stage. Firstly, some researches about the employees’ performance appraisal in domestic and foreign companies are primarily summarized from the macroscopic view;secondly, the current situation and problems of the JYG employees’ performance appraisal are stated; thirdly, performance appraisal is collected all round an employee, from his or her supervisors, subordinates, peers, and internal or external customers; this approach made comprehensive use of the all round and KPI performance measures and then gave optimization designs especially on recollecting the performance assessment index and calculated the relevant weighted value; completed the main part of the assessment through the adoption of all round performance appraisal; added the process of feedback of the assessment result, perfected JYG performance appraisal system. And in the end, the performance appraisal system of JYG was analyzed and the future plans for further improvement was proposed.The creativity of this paper is established in the features of the advertising business.The design of JYG advertising company performance appraisal system is for each department business, considering the development strategic target and the real situations of JYG Company.The performance appraisal system of JYG Company has been optimized through thedesign of this paper. And the simple, broad indicators, metrics and inadequate monitoring system and other issues in the original performance appraisal system have been improved.It is positively effective to improve the employees’ enthusiasm and the company’s performance. And meanwhile the appropriate reference is also provided as for the company’s performance appraisal system optimization work in the same areas.
