Performance Appraisal(PA)is the core part of human resources management system in company.How to build the performance appraisal system matching the company strategic target and implement effectively become problems must be concerned.In this thesis,the performance appraisal problems of telesales personnel in a private home decoration company was took as research object,and the research work was implemented.The main contents are as follow: First of all,the performance appraisal theory and common tools and methods were summarized;Next,combining the characteristics of home decoration industry and the characteristics of telesales personnel,the current situation and the existing problems of telesales personnel performance appraisal in HC company were researched and analyzed;Then,the performance appraisal tools such as KPI and 360,based on the HC company's development goals and telesales department performance goals,were applied to optimize the performance appraisal of HC company;Finally,the implementation strategies of optimization solution were given.The optimization solution of performance appraisal not only plays a crucial role in the current development of HC company,but also provides reliable basis for future development.Meanwhile,it provides good reference for the performance appraisal work of telesales personnel in similar small and medium-sized home decoration company.
