With the rapid development of the global economy,enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition,how to be invincible in the fierce competitive environment,is the problem faced by each enterprise.who have more talent,who can seize the initiative,with the initiative and competitiveness.An enterprise to attract high-quality talent is nothing more than two aspects: income and future prospects.Performance appraisal is a kind of management mode,which is directly linked to the staff's work and income,and has a great influence on the development of enterprises.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and apply the enterprise performance appraisal mechanism.In this paper,based on the background of enterprise performance evaluation and information construction,the enterprise performance evaluation system is designed and implemented.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)This paper studies the mainstream performance evaluation methods at home and abroad,based on the classic 360 degree performance appraisal system,an improved performance evaluation system PW360 DPA is proposed.Then,based on this system,a performance evaluation method and performance evaluation algorithm for enterprises are designed;(2)Finally,the data of the performance appraisal system is analyzed,for the management of the company to make the correct enterprise strategic planning to provide decision basis;(3)Design and implement a performance evaluation system based on PW360 DPA evaluation system,including performance evaluation,data analysis,human resources and system management module.At present,the system has been put into practical use in the enterprise,the enterprise human resources department can quickly sum up the performance evaluation score,and Provide the basis for enterprise strategic planning,andachieved good results.
