With the deepening of the reform and opening up as well as the subsequent and change, will remain rational and stable development of national economy, but see from high-tech enterprise’s contribution to GDP ratio of the technological content of domestic enterprises is still relatively low, only the state of a large number of a high and new technology enterprises become the main force of China’s GDP growth, China’s economy can stand on the commanding heights of economic development in the world, China’s rapid economic development of the train can have infinite power, also have no trouble back at home of China’s economic sustainable development.High-tech private enterprise development is to improve the national technology innovation ability is an important part of, countries also give support on all kinds of policy, but the domestic small and medium-sized private high-tech enterprise common problems without systematic and platform of technology innovation, leading to disconnect, technology innovation and market innovation sustainability and innovation level is low, and because the company’s operation management ability and level with foreign gap is bigger, lead to the industrialization of achievement of innovation ability is weak, so a batch of enterprise innovation but the market development is very weak, and even lead to a lot of money for innovation, because previous spending has failed to live up to the company development, eventually go bankrupt.Nanjing day back automation company belongs to high-tech private Enterprises, the company has been in technology innovation made a little achievement, research and development system is taking shape, but the current technology innovation system is established after company many years exploration and practice, the design at the beginning and there is no systematic research at home and abroad advanced theory, for the moment does not have to support the company 3 years to achieve the goal of strategic development in the future. In addition, the domestic technology imitation and plagiarism phenomenon also is common, competitors are also in development, a single technological innovation does not bring to the company core competitiveness of sustainable development, and only set up technology innovation platform, through model innovation, to make the company possess innovative core competitiveness.Based on the present domestic and abroad innovation theory researches, in light of the practical condition of TIANSU company, and combined with the characteristics of other similar enterprises, this paper adopt the empirical and theoretical research methods and ideas:First, analyze the meaning and characteristics of the technology innovation platform, research the technological innovation process and mode, plan objectives combined with actual situation, choose integration innovation process model, and using the theory of strategic management to ensure that the research results can be achieved; Secondly, research the mutual benefit principle, coupling principle, open principle, benefits technology innovation principle, guidance & regulation principle of platform construction; The last, analyze the complexity problem of innovation subject, innovation resources, interface and connection between platform elements, design Nanjing TIANSU technology innovation platform and operating mechanism based on above researches. The platform is a united integration of a set of/ a series of organization and the function module, innovation system and resource, including TRIZ innovation method module, IPD module, cooperative module, government public platform module, ITSS system operation and maintenance module, intellectual property module, qualification and orders application module, the enterprise can the operate the whole the platform, or gradually construct and operate any function module according to the actual situation.Based on the analysis of platform building complexity and the influencing factors for operation, design the operating mechanism for R&D and engineering project implementation, the operation mechanism for sales and services, and the operation mechanism for market service. And establish the organizational structure and management, appraisal management system, human resource system, financial system, legal system safeguard measures.By the constructing and operating of technological innovation platform, TIANSU company achieved remarkable results in terms of innovation organization, innovation environment, innovation result and level, innovation achievements industrialization.Because of the national development’basis, policy, humanities culture and other reasons, like my company early situation of the high-tech private enterprises a lot, at the early stage of the entrepreneurship and development is not systematic technical innovation system, often with individual ability and willingness to innovation, to a certain stage in the development is to consciously to carry on the platform of innovation system construction. This article research is for my company’s technology innovation platform, but for the emerging IT industry (including software, hardware, system integration, etc) of medium size has reference and guiding significance to the technology innovation platform construction for domestic small and medium-sized high-tech companies promote technology innovation ability and promote enterprise development, promote the competitiveness of the industry at home and abroad have promoting significance. When domestic technology innovation and that the generally high level, under the pressure of competition, the company’s technology innovation level gets higher, also promote the development of the company better, and gradually achieve the leading international competitiveness.
