In recent years, China’s urbanization accelerated. A large number of rural land has been expropriated. It generates landless farmers. Land requisition infringed these people’s employment rights, labor rights and other rights. It caused them to be social refugees with no work, no social security. Democratic society let every citizen share all kinds of civil rights of the national laws. Solving problems of the farmers, Protecting the rights of land-lost farmers and Letting the land-lost farmers share the achievements of urban civilization important to promote sustainable development of national economy and various social is undertakings comprehensive progress. Based on the study of J city land-lost farmers’ rights to solve the problem of land-lost farmers, improve land-lost farmers’ well-being, the construction of a harmonious J city has important significance. On the basis of the theory of practical ability,to in-depth analyze the problem of land-lost farmers’ rights in J city and put forward the countermeasures. This can provide a reference for relevant government departments to formulate policies,and push land-lost farmers’ rights of J city to solve the problem as soon as possible. It’s better to promote the development of J city, and promote urbanization in J city.This article is divided into four parts. The first part is the basic concept and theoretical overview.
