Study On The Entrepreneurial Problem Of Land-lost Farmers In Mining Area Of Shanxi Province Based On Practical Ability Perspective

With the deepening of reform, no matter which origin with the advancement of urbanization, or the adjustment and transformation of economic structure, a new round of "enclosure movement" has become a highlight in the process of China’s economic and social development today. Land-lost farmers’ team gradually large, becoming the vulnerable groups marginalized. They meet with an awkward situation land-lost,employment difficulty, social security is incomplete, the lack of venture capital.At the same time,it has also become a prominent problem hampering the economic development and social harmony and stability. Losing land with function of survival and safeguard, finding a new way to live become priorities for land-lost farmers groups,but affected by their own quality and social environment, they are hard to find the right way to make a living in a new environment. It’s the optimal choice solving the problem of land-lost farmers survival and development to encourage and support them to do pioneering work. Study on the entrepreneurial problem of land-lost farmers can dig into the deep cause of the problem, prompting parties make joint efforts to reconstruct the practical ability of land-lost farmers, thus achieving successful start-up.All of those follow the trend of the times, are important measures to promote social harmony, can provide a typical example for solving the problem of land-lost farmers.First of all, this paper mainly finishes the research status at home and abroad on the problem of land-lost farmers and entrepreneurship. Defined concepts and described theories which are related to land-lost farmers and entrepreneurship, as the basis of research. Secondly, this paper takes land-lost farmers from Taiyuan city the Western Hills mining area as the research object, we have made a investigation on their present situation and the conditions of entrepreneurship through questionnaire survey, field interviews and other ways, this article makes a summary on the problem and trouble faced by land-lost farmers in the process of entrepreneurship, and analyzes the causes of the problem in detail. Again, the paper quantifies indicators and establishes multiple linear regressive model on the entrepreneurship’ problem of land-lost farmers and its practical ability, than has an empirical analysis based on the questionnaire data,to strengthen the understanding of reasons. Finally, finding the methods and countermeasures to solve the entrepreneurship’ problems of land-lost farmers according to the cause of them. the paper reckons that we should focus on the micro individual,build innovative mechanisms, improve the institutional system, make concrete and feasible measures to improve the comprehensive quality and skills of land-lost farmers,improve their practical ability, and enhance the land-lost farmers’ ability to get information,ability to grasp the opportunity and ability to financial capital accumulation social capital, the development of human capital and social capital utilization, it is the key to solve the problem of land-lost farmers’ entrepreneurship.
