The Effects Of International Service Outsourcing On Chinese Employment

Employment problems have always been one of the major economic and social problems highly concerned by government and academia circle. For China, The current employment situation remains severe, and effective solutions to the employment problem.It is the key to the health and sustainable development, restructuring and upgrading of China’s economy, the top priority to protect and improve people’s livelihood, and a significant strategic task of building a moderately prosperous society. Relying on the technical characteristics of high added value, less pollution, environmental friendly, absorb labor ability, international service outsourcing,the service trade has become the main form of rapid international industry transfer in the wave of economic globalization, and the development of more and more quickly.This paper will be divided into six chapters, focuses on the influence of service outsourcing on employment level of manufacturing industry. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly elaborates this topic research significance and basic ideas; the second chapter is about the theoretical basis of service outsourcing at home and abroad; the third chapter describes the current status of our country since 2008, service outsourcing industry and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages; the forth chapter analysis international service outsourcing effects on the mechanism of industry employment level in China; the fifth chapter is an empirical study based on the econometric model regression analysis; the sixth chapter according to the conclusion of the model analysis, the future of China’s service outsourcing is proposed on manufacturing employment policy recommendations.The study found that, the international service outsourcing has a significant impact on employment. International service outsourcing can greatly improve labor skills, improve the quality of workers, the adjustment of industrial structure in China. It also have a positive impact on the healthy development of economic and social sustainable.
