According to the scientific management theory, the honest and harmonious relationship between employers and employees is the fundamental motivation of enterprises development. According to Marxism theory, the relationship between employers and employees in private-owned enterprises is one kind of class relation. Lack of good faith on the employees of private-owned enterprises, which always became the fuse that caused labor conflict under market economy conditions. How to avoid the fuse within the enterprises? The only effective way is increasing enterprise’s integrity and credit level to employees on general. From 100 private-owned enterprises of L Economic and Technological Development Zone in C city, nearly eighty percent employees considered that the promise from employers to employees exists “discounts phenomenon” in the questionnaire investigation. That most private-owned enterprise employees have antipathy and hostility on employers’ compensation promised discounts phenomenon. If this phenomenon continues, which will inevitably bring a series of negative effects for the healthy development of private-owned enterprises. With regards to this, paper locked private-owned enterprises compensation promised discounts phenomenon to do the research.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part introduces the background, framework, significance of the research and literature review related to the research. The second part introduces the survey of “compensation promised discounts phenomenon” of chosen private-owned enterprises, including current situation and characteristic description of private-owned enterprises “compensation promised discounts phenomenon” : compensation hysteresis, compensation flexible paid, welfare discounts, low standard of employee compensation and offbeat discrimination phenomenon. Reason for lack of compensation discounts management, mainly from the defects of private-owned and the absence of external monitoring role of the two aspects are analyzed. And the hazard analysis of compensation discounts, including direct harm to the enterprises themselves, the indirect harm to social credit in two ways. The third part of the study of China’s private enterprises to improve governance “compensations promised discounts phenomenon” countermeasures and suggestions to improve the management integrity. Including encouraging enterprises to set up family rules to improve corporate integrity; improve corporate accountability organization’s integrity and self-discipline, that is, between corporate board of directors, board of supervisors and managers establish self-responsibility on the integrity; consultation system to improve the integrity of the trade union organization; clear trade union rights and other details. Meanwhile, the author also from national conditions, proposed supervision, management responsibility to improve the integrity of the domestic private enterprise, local government must give public authority and other social organizations, and giving the media for lack of business integrity of public opinion, evaluation of ancillary rights and measures management strategies. The last part introduces compensation management of M private-owned enterprise. The author analyzed the problems in compensation management and proposed corresponding measures.
