Harmonious labor relations building is the internal meaning of harmonious society.Our Party and government have always attached great importance to safeguarding andpromoting stable of harmonious labor relations. China’s labor relation is in goodcondition in totally, but local conflicts and contradictions are still widespread. For thelate start and imperfect development, the private sector now is the main question of ourlabor confliction. So solving the private sector labor relations is the priority of our overallconstruction of labor relations. Tripartite consultation mechanism is the most effectiveway to achieve the orderly operation of labor relations, and now it has been widelyregarded as the international mediation of labor relations. Unlike with the Westerncapitalist countries, our private enterprise tripartite has a special form. Our Governmenthas a long way to go in improving the tripartite consultation mechanism on construction.This paper selects the title of “The role of government in Tripartite ConsultationMechanism of labor relations in the private sector”, in the research, the author promotethe layers in a logical order. The second chapter is the theoretical and practical basis ofthe whole chapter. In this chapter the author summaries the theory of the governmentregulation in labor relations and analyze the way of the government playing role in theprivate sector labor relations tripartite consultation mechanisms. These two parts are thetheoretical foundation and technical research papers of the full paper. Another focus ofthis chapter is arranging the situation and problems of private tripartite labor relations,this section will serve as the reality basis of this study. The third and fourth chapters arethe subject of the totle paper. In the third chapter, the author firstly summaries the role onthe status of our government and its history of labor relations in the private sectortripartite consultation mechanisms, and then the author analyzes the short of governmentrole in the private sector tripartite consultation mechanism. This chapter sets up thefoundation for the study of the whole chapter. The fourth chapter is the role of developedcountries in tripartite consultation mechanisms, the learning has an important guidingsignificance for the formation of the conclusions of this articl. The fifth chapter is theconclusion of the full paper. This chapter defined the target and the boundary of thegovernment role in the tripartite mechanism of private sector labor relations. Furthermore,this capater also gived some concrete measures and proposed measures for the role of ourgovernment in the tripartite mechanism of private sector labor relations.
