With the gradual deterioration of the global environment, “low carbon environmental protection” has become the mainstream trend of the development of various industries. China although oil production big country, but the output of oil consumption growth is much higher than that of oil, leading to the domestic oil scarcity, oil consumption most dependent on foreign imports. Facing the dual pressure energy-saving emission reduction brought about by the development of new energy vehicles, has become one of the effective ways to improve the Chinese environment and energy problem. However, the development of new energy vehicles in China started relatively late, the technology is not very mature, so the new energy automobile enterprises to adopt which strategy will affect the entire enterprise future development situation in the market.In this paper, from the study of new energy automobile enterprises of our country’s competitive strategy innovation ecological perspective, first introduced the ecology theory, including the basic ecology, ecosystem and symbiosis theory, and on the basis of the basic theory of innovation ecosystem theory is explained, including the meaning, characteristics of innovation ecosystem domestic and foreign scholars and research review; after the introduction of the enterprise competition strategy theory, the dynamic innovation strategy includes competitive strategy of Potter and Xie Desun, through the integration of competition on the innovation theory and the enterprise strategy theory, the theory of competitive strategy and innovation to construct ecological perspective of the enterprise; the USA, Japan, Germany’s new energy automotive enterprise innovation ecosystem development strategy of competition, and analysis Chinese new energy automotive system and the status quo of competitive strategy of enterprises in the new eco system and the existing problems. Secondly, ecological niche models by selecting the description, index of new energy automobile enterprises innovation ecosystem of innovation ecosystem to build and solve the model, and explains the relationship between the ecological niche and enterprise innovation ecosystem of competitive strategy, then use the method of empirical analysis, the development of our current eleven new energy automobile enterprises mature as an example, analyzes the total assets, the net profit of enterprise, research and development investment, the number of technical staff, sales of new energy vehicles and other indicators of the ecological system in place, and the niche where the various index to carry on the comprehensive analysis, pointed out that the new energy vehicles enterprises existing in the competitive strategy of the problem. Finally, suggestions are put forward from the perspective of competitive strategy of innovation of new energy automobile enterprises of our country.
