Nowadays, society become more fair and friendly, users of industrial products care more about its humanistic speciality. As the result, the Mobile-APP’s development must take full consideration of old age groups’ needs. Therefore, Universal-design concept should be paid high attention throughout the whole design phase. Meanwhile rapid expansion of smartphones prompts more people doing shopping through mobile terminal rather than traditional PC terminal, old age groups eager to enjoy the convenience & benefits of mobile shopping much more than ever before, so how to create & design a whole new set of feasible design method or framework become the primary task of APPlication designers.Research process: This paper used both qualitative & quantitative research method. First part is the design-related literature review, after that we start the qualitative analysis. At the end of this paper we worked out a suite of B2 C E-commerce APP design framework specifically for the old age groups.In the qualitative research part, we did one-to-one depth interview & testing on the elderly in three different regions in Wuxi. Testing found that there are 18 variables effect old people to use mobile phone APP shopping online. According to the variables those have been founded,We do some quantitative research with taking a random stratified sampling method.We extract some people from vulnerable groups as the sample, and try our best to avoid the sampling error, we get some data through the use of the Likert scale and general method, and then use descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis tool to analyses the data we get through the way of questionnaire, and then wo do factor analysis with SPSS19 according to the questionnaire results. The results of the analysis are the most 6 common factors can be explained by 18 variables carrying amount of information.Conclusion: Firstly, most of the old man lack of shopping experience with cellphone;secondly, the elderly the operation is not flexible, lack of patience; thirdly, complex operation process will give the elderly cognitive confusion; fourthly, the main factors to attract the elderly shop online is the cheap price, conveniently buy; fifth, reasonable and effective animation effects can make the old people understand the operation of the mobile APP easily;Sixth convenient gateway help the elderly timely find the target products, so that the old man can purchase products effectively. Seventh: Widget should comply with the platform specification, which can help to reduce the cost of the user’s learning and cognition.Combination of various elements of the guiding principles of universal design and user experience presents the way of design of the B2 C electronic commerce APP: first of all, the content on the APP interface should take priority over other elements; secondly, the design of multi-sensory can stimulate the user in several different ways; Thirdly, designer should makethe user interface easy to learn and operate; Fourthly, designers should avoid to use complex gestures; fifthly,APP product intelligence should be friendly. Mobile shopping can be used by more and more people and can be used in an easier way. The last one is a simply rapid assessment evaluation. Only in these way, can we hope to make the enterprise bear the social responsibility and increase the enterprise reputation.
