Analysis On The Influence Factors Of Rural Migrant Workers' Family Land Transfer In Liaoning Province

land transfer is related to farmers' income,and it is also an important way to realize scale,intensification and modernization of agricultural operation.Due to the increase in non-agricultural income or the lack of major labor force,Migrant workers' families have a higher tendency of land transfer.In order for agriculture to achieve scale operation and efficient production,It is an important and effective way to accelerate the transfer of rural land.Based on the data of 708 rural rural households in Liaoning province in 2016,this paper analyzes the current situation of rural migrant households land transfer behavior in terms of the size,Target,duration,reason and mode of transfer,and further analyses the factors influencing rural households land transfer behavior.Firstly,the paper analyses the different characteristics of migrant workers 'families,family characteristics,regional characteristics and the land transfer behavior.Thirdly,the paper selects the influencing factors of rural migrant workers 'land transfer in Liaoning province,and returns the binary logit by incorporating the independent variables into the model.The results showed that the area,age of head of household,years of education of head of household,number of household migrant workers,total household income and total acreage of family arable land all had a significant impact on the transfer of land from rural migrant workers 'households.The results showed that the older the head of household,the higher the years of education of the head of household and the greater the number of household workers,the larger the area transferred out.Finally,based on the present situation and influencing factors of the land transfer behavior of rural migrant workers in Liaoning province,some suggestions are put forward to promote the land transfer of rural migrant workers in Liaoning province.
