W Company IT Outsourcing Management Study

With today’s social division of labor gradually refined, IT (Information Technology) Outsourcing upward trend in the enterprise, more and more companies began to outsource their IT operations. In this paper, W Company’s IT outsourcing as the research object, using the case study method for research, access through libraries, online search and other methods to get access to information at home and abroad for IT management, outsourcing management, risk management and other areas of existing research results collate and analyze the W’s IT outsourcing management for the center, the company’s IT outsourcing concerns W management situation, identify problems and potential risks. In this paper, W company’s IT outsourcing model, IT outsourcing content was analyzed and discussed. Use of the AHP method to determine the W’s IT outsourcing provider. While the W’s IT outsourcing relationship management were studied and analyzed.
