With our Market Economic Development,China Private Express Delivery Company development,under the E-commerce technology development and E-shopping Extra Development,our Private Express make great progress, it is new industry. Meanwhile,Express provide a lot of job occasion and promote E-commercial Business Development, improve Cash Flow and Traffic, they play very important role in china economic develop. Based on the gradual improvement and the great potential of China’s express delivery market, and the private express face to the Growing Challenge. This paper try to discuss the great problems about the private express delivery enterprises how to achieve long-term and stable development in the fierce competitive environment, how to overcome their own many problems and use the external big development opportunities.Our country’s private express enterprises with born under the bad condition,and they have only about over 20 years,the development only in the early stages development. Our private express enterprises either so not strength economic as the foreign Express companies,nor the good policy and huge network advantage of the state-owned express delivery company. Private express enterprises need make the right competitive strategy and,if they have a long-term and stably development in the fierce competition environment. Through the PEST analysis,such as Law and Policy, the economic development, the Social Environment and the I.T technology development,try to analysis the Macro-economic environment of China’s private express delivery companies; Through the mode of Port’s “Five compete Force model” try to analysis the industry environment of China’s private express delivery company and the problem in the development of private express delivery companies. China’s private express delivery companies have good the external development environment and big opportunities,also have many problems they need to handle over.For there the problems and through QF express Group company empirical analysis, this paper put forward The Difference Competition Strategy. Under our now market environment,The Difference Competition Strategy is the most effective, also the lost cost of implementation. Private express companies through the difference products and provide the add-value service to customers, it can build the companies good brand image in short time, and it can help companies improve the profit, Avoid the Vicious Competition of Price War. This paper also put forward some suggests: much make use the Exist Operation Model,strong the company’s management, ”Join Mode+Direct Mode” is better if need; Strong the Human Resource Development,Development the new technology and make use this new technology in Express operation,to fit the Modern Express Delivery Development. Through the Difference Competition Strategy and Implementation Tactics,I hope it may promote the healthy development of China’s Private Express Companies benefit.
