The express delivery of our country started in 80 s of last century,and at first only EMS exist.After many years of gradual development,the express industry has gradually moved towards a more professional and modern way of development.with the continuous development and progress of China's economy and technology,the express delivery industry in our country is showing a vigorous development,The market is becoming increasingly competitive and The market mechanism has been continuously improved.Now the express delivery is becoming a pillar industry in China's third industry,and has made great contributions to GDP.At present,the main competitors in China's express market include state-owned express enterprises,private express enterprises and transnational international express enterprises.As one of the private express enterprises,Yun Da express is an outstanding representative of private express enterprises in our country,showing its own competitive advantage under the competition with various competitive forces,who is also deeply aware of its own shortcomings and shortcomings,and constantly revised and perfected in the process of growth.This paper makes a brief introduction to the connotation and classification of the express and the concept of competitive strategy and on this basis this paper gives an objective and detailed description of the macro external industry,the industry competition environment and the company's resources and capabilities and then through the use of five forces analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods of enterprise strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats were analyzed and summarized.finally,the article comes to the conclusion that Yun Da company should choose differentiated competition strategy.Through the research,the company can understand itself more clearly and understand its position in the industry.On the basis of the research conclusion of differentiation competition strategy,the concrete scheme of enterprise strategy implementation is further obtained.The paper elaborates from the aspects of brand marketing,innovative products and services,market segmentation,product service quality promotion,talent strategy and information construction,as the Yun Da delivery company future development strategy to provide some reference opinions and contribute to the long-term development of enterprises,which is also the innovation of this article.
