By the end of2006, with China’s postal service further deepening reform, China’s express industry are beginning to open to foreign investment, foreign enterprises can in our country business domestic and international express delivery business. In2008, the newly revised the postal law begin to carry out, express company further established legal status. Since then, China’s express industry market formed state-owned express enterprises, private enterprises and foreign investment express express company coexist situation. At present, with the rapid development of e-commerce, China has become a global express market the fastest growing market, three big express the main body of market competition is growing.In this paper, at first the N express company’s external environment to carry on the thorough analysis, using the PEST model for N express company’s industry policy environment, economic environment, social environment and technology environment to carry on the analysis to find the company faces opportunities and threats. Then, the paper analyzes the the company’s internal environment, including resources, ability, etc. In this foundation, the article use the SWOT analysis and general competitive strategy model for enterprise strengths, weakness, opportunities the threat of system analysis, and points out that the differentiation strategy is N express company the inevitable choice of competition strategy. Then, in the strategic plan of design, the article puts forward the brand marketing, service marketing, market segmentation, talents competition, business model innovation, effective market competition strategy, this is the innovation place. Finally, this paper discusses the implementation of competition strategy security measures, including adjusting organization structure, human resources management reform, laying solid foundation management, to establish advanced management information system and deepen the enterprise culture construction, etc.This paper hope through the N express company market competition strategy choice and implementation of research, to N express company’s future strategy formulation provides some reference ideas, promote N express company improve its own strategic management system, ensure it can continuous, healthy development.
