With the integration of world economy and the rapid development of China's economic, China's private express delivery companies have made great progress,and meanwhile they play an important role in promoting China's economic development. Based on the gradual improvement and the great development potential of China's express delivery market, this paper mainly research the problems about the private express delivery companies how to achieve long-term stable development in the fierce competitive environment , how to overcome their own many problems and use the external development opportunities.China's private express delivery companies are neither so not strong as the economic strength of the foreign express, nor the huge network advantage of the state-owned express delivery companies. If they can have a long-term stable development in the fierce competition, they need to adopt the right competitive strategy. Through empirical analysis and normative analysis to macroeconomic environment and industry environment of China's private express delivery companies, this article summarized the development opportunities and constraints of the external environment. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of China's private express delivery companies by using method of a combination of quantitative and qualitative, it can draw main existing problems. According to the problems, this paper put forward the development strategy and implementation strategy of China's private express delivery companies. Differentiation strategy is fundamental for the development, merger strategy is the way to generate economies of scale and expand market share; strategic alliance is the main way to enter the international express delivery market at the present stage; besides, in order to develop China's private express delivery companies better, this paper presents the specific strategy from the following, establishing effective behavior culture, that is, enhancing the staff's execution, proposing three kinds of measures of expanding enterprise scale and market share, enhancing the quality of employees and improving the internal management, proposing differentiated service strategy and implementation methods through case analysis, building and fostering brand strategic.Through this development strategy and implementation strategy, this is an important theoretical guidance and practical significance for promoting China's private express delivery companies development and expansion.
