With the rapid development of the E-business and the Internet of Things. And the popularity of intelligent terminal such as the intellegent telephone.The Mobile commerce especially the Mobile payment get more and more attention.Mobile payment which is the development of the traditional payment,it connects with different industies such as the financial industy 、 the mobile communications industry 、 the third-party service supply industry 、 the software and hardware manufacturers and so on. The most important significance is that the mobile payment convenient the people’s daily life. Now,mobile payment has developped most in South Korea、Japan and the European and American countries.And it’s developping fast in China. The Technology innovation products should be spreaded、be used and bring some profits for the suppliers. In this regard, the difussion is more important the innovation itself.In this article,the quantitative research and qualitative research will be used,and the respondents are selected from the mainland of china who is the user of the intellegent telephone.And researching their behavior as using the mobile payment.The first and the second chapters introduce the research condition of the mobile payment in china and other contries.in the third chapter,the modle will be built and some assumption will be put forward.Then the questionnaires that on the basis of the assumption will be developed.In the next capter,the collected data will be analysised in the SPSS17.0.And the last capter is the summary capter,the research conclusion will be used to put forward some difussion advice for the third-party vendors.In the last, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to promote the coordinated development of mobile payment.
