China has become one of the biggest countries in automobile manufacturing which has had the world’s biggest automobile production for many years. However the overall technological level of automobile is far behind foreign competitors. It is a long way for China to become a world power in automobile manufacturing.Automobile is made of various components, while the backward technological innovation of China’s auto parts industry that influences seriously the overall technological level of automobile. Hence it is urgent and necessary to improve the technological innovation of auto parts industry chain. Auto parts industry chain Technological Innovation Service Platform(ATISP) is composed of governments,enterprises, universities, research institutes and other main bodies of innovative behavior. The established innovation system can promote the integration of all innovation resources and multilateral cooperation effectively. It can also strengthen the ability of overall technological innovation of auto parts industry chain.This paper regards technological innovation service platform for auto parts industry chain as research content, some key technologies of ATISP have been analyzed and studied, the main work is as follows:.(1) Base on the comprehensive understanding of domestic and foreign research statuses and theoretical knowledge of ATISP, analyzed the needs of ATISP, put forward a framework of ATISP.(2) The relationship between technological innovation service platform and service mode is analyzed, and established the innovation service mode of ATISP.Combined with analysis of the cooperation mechanism of ATISP, proposed the organizational structure of this service mode. At the same time, the business architecture is established for the condition that China’s auto parts industry chain has classified both horizontal collaboration chain and vertical supply chain simultaneously.(3) The obstacle factors of technological innovation diffusion in auto parts industry chain have been analyzed, and established the static model of technological innovation diffusion by studying the advantages of ATISP in technological innovation diffusion, then analyzed the static model. Proposed the dynamic model of technological innovation diffusion that according to the relationship betweentechnology innovation diffusion and innovation network, and analyzed the model.(4) Constructed a prototype system for ATISP that based on the Web Service,used UML modeling to analyze and design this system, and finally diagram showed the construction and operation of the system.
