Research On Development Positioning Of City-Complex

With the development of the economy of our country, and the accelerating of the city urbanization process, the contradiction between the land and the population of the city has become more and more serious. A diverse architecture called City-Complex appears to adapt to the development of the modern city. In recent years, much City-Complex was built or is being built in some large or medium-sized cities in China. Some of them are operated successfully, but some are operated inefficiently. The important reason for the low efficiency of the operation is the improper positioning of the project development, or of the construction scale, or of the project function, or of the target of market.I will discuss the positioning of the development of the City-Complex project in this paper.Comment the research literature at home and abroad about the City-Complex, and expounds the definition, features, function, development process of City-Complex, expounds the basic positioning theory of City-Complex development. According to the basic theory of the project positioning, I research the development of the Huarun-Center project in Nanning by analyzing the overall environment, project SWOT, and focuses on the project site positioning, grade positioning, customer positioning, image positioning, planning and design positioning, function positioning and business positioning. Then I summary the successful experience of this project development positioning. Finally I put forward to the prospects for the City-Complex and give some suggestions to improve the project efficiency in the future.
