Predecessor of T storage company is one of The Twenty-four Professional Manufacturers, whom ministry of machine building fixed-point producing of storage battery factory. One of the largest storage battery companies in the south-China. After 2004, profit from the growth in orders of the W company, who is the VIP client of the T Company, the sales of T Company had risen again and again. In the year of 2008, Shareholders invested 200 million to transformative technology, increase two High-quality Automatic production lines in grades, and transformation the two original production lines to Automatic. In the other side, the whole increasing of the automobile industry also creates unprecedented opportunities to T company, several dealers take the initiative to have the goods who from the trading-market. As such, the T Company decided to adjust some recourse from each department to enter the trading-market in 2009.Relatively speaking, the trading-market has lower threshold, larger market capacity, high profit margin and more intense market competition. So far, the nation storage battery market is becoming white hot.Even if get benefits from the "Nation Environmental Protection-Rectification" (short for NEPR), T’s sales grew from 13 million to 65 million very fast in three years, since it entered the trading-market in 2009. But compare with other storage battery company of line 1 or 2, T’s performance is not good, the problems slowly reaction, no price advantage, dealers quality varies, some areas can’t develop business, that perplexed the T company during these years in trading-market.This paper study with the whole marketing system of T in trading-market, first introduce the basic conditions of sale in trading-market, then analysis T’s in or out environment, strengths, weakness, opportunity and threats, with the Models PEST, SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces.This papers according to the company and its market, analysis the present situation of the enterprise and its problems, to find out how to win in trading-market with a smart marketing strategy.
