I on the basis of the former research, specific for the following research:First, sellers of henan province as the research object, select all may affect the vendors involved in the influence of electronic waste recycling, and based on the theoretical framework and the research hypothesis, by Logistic regression model to explore the various indicators for sellers to participate in the recycling effect size, and selected according to the results of the model analysis of key indicators, then test the result of the analysis and the effect of the model analysis, the results show that the electronic products manufacturers and the behavior of the government measures are significant positive influence on vendors to participate in recycle behavior.Then, on the basis of the above research, the research of EPR system manufacturers move positive effect for sellers to participate in the recycling behavior, the principal-agent relationship between assumes that the producers and sellers, considering the government environmental protection and tax subsidies to producers, build on the reverse recovery chain manufacturer for sellers of principal-agent incentive model, analyzed the reverse supply chain under complete information and incomplete information on producers for sellers to participate in recycling, the optimal incentive contract concluded that approved by the government subsidies under the raise the level of incentive for sellers to participate in the recycling behavior of electronic waste is effective.Finally, the government directly to vendors involved in the recycling behavior incentive problems, introducing the social welfare function, the ecological environment benefit function, government subsidies for sellers of function and penalty function, set up electronic waste recycling system in the government’s incentive model of sellers to participate in recycling, analyzes the presence of rewards and punishment mechanism for sellers recovery ratio and the influence of the optimal profit, it is concluded that the government’s subsidies and rewards and punishment is the inner motive power of sellers to participate in the recycling of electronic waste product, for the development of electronic waste recycling policy provided the constructive reference opinions.
