Under the call of sustainable development,the contradiction between supply and demand of resources makes it possible to develop circular economy.With the growing consumer attitudes,the rapid growth of the market size of electronic remanufacturing products.The manufacturer can not only increase the sales volume of electronic remanufacturing products to promote the recycling of waste electronic products,but also create more profits for themselves.In the electronics industry,system of extended producer responsibility(EPR)has been the hot spot in the development of the society.In this paper,based on the EPR model,that is,the manufacturer's re-manufacturing and re-sales model,to explore how the manufacturers of electronic remanufacturing products sales incentives to maximize their own profits.In this paper,the use of management science,industrial economics,game theory,constructed the benchmark model without sales incentives and extended model of the introduction of sales incentives,obtain the optimal sales incentive,and analyzes the sales incentive effect on the manufacturer's profits.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the manufacturer's sales incentive for new products is always greater than that of remanufacturing products.The sales incentive in linear compensation model and the folding line type compensation model are same.(2)the manufacturer's sales incentive is related to an independent sales channel or a unified sales channel,and in a unified channel,the manufacturer creates a higher commission return on the sales staff.(3)sales volume quotas is related to the degree of depreciation.The greater the degree of depreciation(the recovery of the new product),the greater the value;the smaller the degree of depreciation,the smaller the value.(4)when the cost of new products in the range of 0<cN?1/2,manufacturers should adopt a unified sales channel model,will be more profitable than an independent channel;otherwise,an independent sales channel model will be more profitable.(5)sales incentives are not at any time to improve the profits of manufacturers,when the cost of new products in the range 0<cN?1/2,if the manufacturer uses an independent sales channel model,sales incentives will weaken the manufacturer's profits.In the other cases,the sales incentive can promote the profit of the manufacturer.(6)sales incentives can not only improve the production of new products,but also improve the production of electronic remanufacturing products.Therefore,in the EPR mode,the reasonable sales incentives of new products and electronic remanufacturing products will effectively improve profits.This paper provides theoretical support for the manufacturer of the product according to its own characteristics to choose reasonable sales channels and compensation model.
