Organizational Commitment is an important aspect in doing research on behaviour and labour management. In highly competitive condition, the level of work performance of the staff has a direct effect on effectiveness of numerous bussinesses the commitment of which to this has a significant impact. Therefore, between organizational commitment and work performance, we are going to do research the relationship, to have useful proposals for management activities of bussiness.As for Organizational Commitment and work effectiveness, developing countries have experienced a research process and achieved a number of results. Vietnamese researchers in this field have just been in the first stage. Hence, the real researches on Organizational Commitment and work effectiveness are not enough and they only pay attention to have a good knowledge of these factors. In the model research into the relationship between these elements has a variety of different opinions. Meanwhile, the use of practical research methods owes a relatively poor result. What’s more, these investigations are going to further contribute to the research results of the relationship between Organizational Commitment and work effectiveness of Vietnamese business.These studies are made use of Chinese scholarships’s theories as well as model, which relate to theries of Organizational Commitment and work effectiveness. In addition, based on combination of organizational commitment and job performance, researchers have their own research model and make a plenty of assumptions. As a matter of fact, in Vietnam enterprises, they collected questionnaires, using data analysis software SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 to carry out correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on. Thanks to this, the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance of employees in enterprises in Vietnam will have been established.Finally, this research combined with the personal characteristics that affect organizational commitment, given the proposals now have to adjust to encourage workers, awaken the latent potential, improve labor efficiency of them, thereby enhancing the operational efficiency of enterprises.
