This research uses employees on the cognitive of work and development of employees asinfluencing factors, explores the role of these two factors to organizational commitment, in orderto achieve the effective management of sense of organizational belonging of employees ofdifferent types and professional personal development in human resources management process.Based on research purposes to determine the research tool. The questionnaire is revisedbased on Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire(COPSOQ)and Organizational CommitmentQuestionnaire(OCQ) by Porter. The article makes an empirical research with the employees of alarge electronics company in Shenzhen. The questionnaire has been done in many sections in thecompany including: administrative department, production department, human resources, financedepartment, sales department, purchasing department, etc, which contains all the different kindsof employees in a big company. The article makes the data analysis by using statisticalsoftware-SPSS11.5. There are five statistical methods to be used: descriptive statistics, factoranalysis, analysis of variance, regression analysis, correlation analysis. The research firstlystudies the differences between the organizational commitment and the differences of workcognitive and development based on demographic variables., and then analyses the relationshipbetween the two variables.The conclusions are:1.From the differences analyses of organizational commitment, employees of differentdemographic variables on the two factors of organizational commitment.2.From the differences analysis of work cognitive, employees of different demographicvariables on the five factors of organizational commitment.3.From the differences analysis of employee development, employees of differentdemographic variables on the five factors of self-development.4.Employee development is significantly correlated with organizational commitment, andcan predict organizational commitment.5.Work cognitive is significantly correlated with organizational commitment, and canpredict organizational commitment.
