Research On Risk Management Of World Bank Loan Project

The World Bank loan project is one kind of special item relative to the domestic general engineering project. The World Bank in the particularity of the concept of project management, project loan target location, loan project life cycle management and targeted, resulting in the difference of World Bank loan project risk management and the general engineering project risk management based on.The project of World Bank loan--Nanning Fenghuang river ecological environment comprehensive improvement project as the research object, based on the use of the basic theory of project risk management, concept, principle and technical tools, first in the World Bank loan project of the concept of risk management, targeting on the basis of, the potential risks of Fenghuang river ecological environment comprehensive improvement project were identified. Study found that the Fenghuang river ecological environment comprehensive improvement project projects face the key risk factors mainly exist in the project life cycle phase of the project, preparation and evaluation stage, implementation stage and project post evaluation stage. Secondly, based on the assessment of the potential risk factors, the key risk factors of the ecological environment comprehensive improvement project of the Fenghuang River are determined. Finally, the corresponding management strategies are proposed based on the key risk factors identified.Research results of this thesis, Nanning city established project cooperation with the World Bank to provide experience and reference, but also for other domestic provinces and municipalities, effective use of World Bank loan provide useful guiding significance in theoretically.
