With the rapid development of the internet technology and the unceasing enhancement of the public rights consciousness, the internet communication mode provides a new opinion platform for the public to express their opinion and participate in the economic, social, and political life, by right of its characteristics, such as open, transparent, efficient, influential etc. The internet public opinion has become an important reflection of public opinion, and affected every aspect of the society. The tax-internet public opinion as a special form of the internet public opinion, not only involves the vital interests of each social stratum, more will have a huge impact on the tax work and the image of tax authorities, therefore, the importance of the tax-internet public opinion management on the tax departments in China has become increasingly prominent.In recent years, the rapid economic and social development in Guangxi makes the tax-internet public opinion of Guangxi increasingly complex, but compared with the developed coastal provinces, the tax-internet public opinion management in Guangxi started late, the management idea, technical means and management methods were still seriously-hysteretic, the situation of tax-internet public opinion management in Guangxi is very serious. Therefore, how to further strengthen the tax-internet public opinion management to deal with serious management situation, has become an important and urgent topic to the tax authorities of Guangxi. This paper comprehensively used a plurality of discipline theories, such as sociology, management science and communication science, to analyze the management requirements that the characteristics of tax-internet public opinion of Guangxi in the process of formation and development demanded, and the present situation of tax-internet public opinion management in Guangxi. Meanwhile, through the comparative analysis of the above two, this paper also analyzed the main problems existing in the tax-internet public opinion management of Guangxi and their causes of formation. Finally, aiming at these problems and their causes of formation, and basing on experience and lessons that the typical cases of tax-internet public opinion management in and around Guangxi brought, this paper put forward the suggestions on how to further strengthen the tax-internet public opinion management in Guangxi. These suggestions would provide theoretical support for the tax authorities of Guangxi to guide the tax-internet public opinion correctly, resolve the crisis that caused by the tax-internet public opinion, and security the harmonious development of the tax work.
