The Impact Of The Housing Prices On Housing Satisfaction:an Empirical Study

Housing prices continue to rise in China and the governments frequently formulate policies. In this background, the satisfaction of the public about housing price attracts more attention. Therefore, this topic of real estate price fluctuations on housing satisfaction has significant theoretical background and practical background.This paper base on stationary test, regression model and the case control analysis, use the national time series and city panel data to study the impact of price fluctuations on housing satisfaction after summarizing and combining theories of price fluctuations and housing satisfaction. Empirical evidence shows that:a) there is a negative correlation between housing price and housing satisfaction; b) high income people are more satisfactory than low income people; c) the undeveloped regions have more satisfaction than developed areas. So the house is the combination of necessity and investment goods, then study their effect.
