Under the impact of the rapid development of world economy, China's real estate market has entered a stage of rapid development. Therefore, to study how a reasonable solution for low-income housing and improve housing security system in China to promote the healthy development of China's real estate market, it is necessary to. This paper focuses on the study of public rental housing and related theories, of how to implement the policy of public rental housing to explore in depth, and improve our public rental housing system reform proposals put forward.This article focuses on the following four aspects of public rental housing system in China-depth study:First, the basic theory of housing security based on the theory of public rental housing to make a detailed.
