The key to the development of agriculture depends on the progress of science and technology, and a agricultural technology wants to exert its biggest effect, and only through the full diffusion, it is adopted for the majority of users.. The emergence of social media has changed the way of communication, and also enriched the way of knowledge transmission.. Previous scholars’ research on social media are worthy of our reference, however, present situation of the use of social media for the promotion of agricultural technology extension staff inquiry, only reference to previous research on new media is far from enough. How to use social media to promote the status of agricultural technology personnel of agricultural technology? What are the factors that affect the status quo? What changes compared with the agricultural technology promotion in the traditional media environment? How to use social media to carry out agricultural technology effectively?In this paper, the temperature to estimate the agricultural technology personnel of social media adoption and use, and agricultural workers use social media for the proportion of agricultural technology spread.
