Study On The Coordination Development Of Urbanization And Industrial Structure In Dali Prefecture

Urbanization and industrial structure are two important elements of the regional economic and social development.At present, The current growth of China’s urbanization significantly.the period of industrial structure optimization and upgrading. And how to promote the coordinated development between them has become an important research topic of the new urbanization. Due to the geographical environment, historical basis, traffic conditions and other factors limit the current level of urbanization development, Dali Prefecture is still in its infancy. The lagging urbanization process and the low level of the industrial structure have become the important factors that hinder economic and social development. In this context, this dissertation, the industry economics and economic geography as a theoretical guide, based on the regional industrial structure and urbanization and the development of inter-related disciplines, views the urbanization and industrial structure as an organic whole. To research Dali Prefecture’s urbanization and the evolution of industrial structure and spatial differences coordinated development.Research ideas in this dissertation are:Dali Prefecture’s urbanization and industrial of the development process, the evolution stages and characteristics as a research foundation.To construct The urbanization and industrial structure coordinating development evaluation system of Dali Prefecture. To use the entropy method and the coefficient of variation method,the mathematical statistical analysis method, coordination of the coordinated development of the mode. To parse Dali Prefecture’s urbanization and industrial structure sub system development in 2003-2012, to study Dali Prefecture evolution of the urbanization and the industrial structure coordinated development. Meanwhile.to research each county town of Dali Prefecture subsystem, regional differences in industrial structure and coordinated development of the two subsystems.The main conclusions are as follow:Firstly, the process of urbanization between Dali Prefecture and Yunnan Province remained the same, the speed of urbanization enhance significantly, but compared with the national level, there is still a wide gap between them,and Dali Prefecture’s urbanization is still in its infancy. While the industrial structure optimize constantly, but primary industry still occupy large proportion, industrial structure is irrational, is in its mid-stage low levels of industrialization currently, the industrial structure has yet to be optimized and enhanced.Secondly, since 2003 to 2012,Dali Prefecture’s urbanization and industrial structure of internal subsystems have been greatly improved, but there are differences in the specific growth rate, the enhancing speed of the overall industrial structure to is significantly faster than the speed of urbanization development.Coordination analysis showed that in this 10 years,the level of coordination between Dali Prefecture’s urbanization and industrial structure has experienced the "imbalance-on the verge of disorder-Barely coordination-the primary coordination-Intermediate coordination-well-coordinated," benign evolution.Thirdly, the regional differences results in 2012 show that, Dali Prefecture’s urbanization and industrial structure is in the spatial distribution of the level of urbanization pattern differences which were inside and outside and stuff, that Dali City is high, surrounding counties is low, the east is high and the west is low. The overall industrial structure showing that distribution pattern of the southeast is high, the central is low, the northwest is slightly. Regional differences in level of coordination between them is very large, Dali City’s coordination is in a higher degree, in a excellent coordination; Xiang yun county and Bin chuan county are ranked second and third grade, they are in a barely coordination; the coordination of other parts of the county are on the verge of imbalance grade and disorders. Rating on the coordination of space from east to west, emerging high-low-high distribution, but overall is still the level of Southeast much higher than the level of the northwest i coordination.Fourthly, based on the above study put forward that to promote Dali Prefecture’s urbanization and industrial structure to coordinate the development’s countermeasure:To take efforts to promote urban and rural development, improve the level of urbanization; to develope the central city and county of Dali in a Coordinated way; to Adjust the industrial structure, to promote industrial structure optimization and upgrading; to accelerate the construction of urban agglomeration in western Yunnan, and to promote common development of the region.
