A Research On The Differences In Implemental Capacities Of Internet+Agriculture Polity In Different Ethnic Regions Of Dali Prefecture

Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture is a place where many ethnic groups live.For theses ethnic groups,the ability of grasping the opportunities to innovate is the base of a nation's long-term development.The ethnic groups' ability of utilizing the“Internet + ”will be the long-term development chance for the people in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in future.With the industry capacity of this area as an entry point,this thesis will make an analysis of the industry implementation capacity in different national regions and explore the causes that why do the differences form.The research object of this thesis is the living and working area of these different ethnic groups(Han,Bai,Yi,Hui,Lisu).This thesis will mainly utilize the data of statistical yearbook and actual research to provide the data of Internet infrastructure in differ national regions and the current situation of the characteristic agriculture,describing the current situation and differences of the industry capacity in the living and working area of these five major ethnic groups in this area and analyzing the causes of industry implementation capacity differences with referencing the related theories of ethnology and economics.Through the research,it's clear that the Han,Bai and Hui ethnic groups' industry implementation capacity is better than that of Yi and Lisu ethnic groups.So in order to achieve the national unity and common progress on the developing the “Internet +” characteristics agriculture,it should encourage the ethnic groups of strong industry implementation capacity to help those of weak industry implementation capacity to achieve the great measure of building a well-off society in an all-round way.
