Fuyang District of Hangzhou City is one of the earliest districts to start the construction of rural practical talents in Zhejiang Province. This paper, according to the actual construction of Fuyang’s rural practical talents, reaches the following findings:1. The structure of rural practical talents in Fuyang District is reasonable. The data shows that, with the lasting development of modern agriculture and new rural construction, personnel structure is more and more optimized, and it intensified the support of modern agriculture and new rural construction.2. The cultivation of Fuyang’s rural practical talents has achieved some results, including cultivating a number of key farmers, building a platform for communication, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, increasing the income of farmers and promoting the construction of the beautiful countryside.3. The thesis discusses the working mechanism of cultivation in Fuyang’s rural practical talents.
