Research On Integrated Agri-product Supply Chain Model

After the Third Plenary Session, China has gotten rapid development in economic because of reform and opening up policy. The agriculture in China has also made great achievements, especially since the accession to the WTO; China’s agricultural products are involved in the world competition, facing the opportunities and challenges of globalization. Meanwhile, under the Internet environment, e-commerce brings about great changes to the traditional trade, production and operation, and finally promotes the development of economy and trade.Compared to the industrial and service sectors, agriculture still presents lower industrialization, market supply and demand is unbalanced. So it is important to consider how to use information technology and the Internet to optimize the supply chain of agricultural products. It’s not only a top priority, but also a hot research question theorists. Currently, the application of supply chain management theory to improve the management level in the industry has been very mature, agricultural supply chain management is also one of the key areas in research. Supply chain integration, as one theory of supply chain management, has become the important tool and method to enhance market competitiveness. Firstly, summarize related theories, discuss the current integrated model and situation of agricultural supply chain in China, and then try to build an integrated agricultural supply chain model under the e-commerce environment.In this paper, firstly elaborates the basic theories of supply chain、 supply chain management and e-commerce, then analyzes the existing patterns,current situation and problems of agricultural supply chain in Chain, especially focuses on the problems about supply chain integration,which stresses the necessity of supply chain integration under e-commerce environment. Combined with the characteristics of the Internet economy, we try to set up a new integration model, and then analyze the advantages and the operation content of this model. At the end of the article, a specific case is mentioned to analyze specific operational measures and regulations to protect the implementation of integrated agricultural supply chain.
