The Research Of The Railway Freight Reform And Its Relationship With Regional Economy

Chine Railway Corporation has readied to implement the work of reforming its freight organization with 18 national railways in May 2013. With the deepening of the reform of railway freight continuously, railway freight transport volume will increase steadily, which improves the way of railway operation and facilitates its marketing operation. In a word, the shift of railway freight is conducive to the rules that the production relations of railway freight must adapt to develop level of the productivity.First, the paper briefly summarizes the recently research status of development status and trends of railway freight at home and abroad, and analyzes the transport characteristics and current status of the mass freight transportation and package freight transportation. With the emergence of electronic commerce platform, the rapid development of small commodities market is in the prosperous period, and the goods in circulation make the market of railway freight in the trend of rapid growth. In recent years, existing railway freight can not adapt to the requirements of market competition, and the reform is an inevitable developing tendency of the railway freight. Researchers have increasingly study on reform of railway freight, but there are still a number of scientific and technical problem needs to be resolved. In analysis and comparison with the internal advantages, the internal disadvantages, external opportunities and external threats of the reform of railway freight, and we put forward some opinions of introduction of modern logistics to reform. Based on the particularity of different types of goods, the paper further elaborates on the establishment plan of the reform of railway freight.Second, the second depart of this paper focuses on the coupling relationship between the railway freight and the regional economy when the railway freight puts forward some opinions of introduction of modern logistics to reform. The main research method of this paper includes three parts, and we establish the gray system forecast model by use of the railway freight index and regional economy index. In addition, we compare and analyze the indexes of the two groups by using the correlation coefficient and grey correlation degree before establishing model. In view of some indexes have the characteristics of strong relevance and great degree of influence, it can make use of the multi-temporal model of gray system forecast model to analyze.In all the above studies, railway freight will surely changes from traditional mode to modern logistics mode of freight reform, which is the inevitable tendency of development. By the effect of the development ability, the development space of the railway freight and regional economy system is limited. The mass freight transportation is the key-point products of the railway freight, and the development of the package freight transportation in a short time has no obvious effect on the regional economy. Package freight transportation has effect on the regional economy obviously in the long developing process, and the motivational role cannot be ignored.
