Research On Evaluation And Improvement Of Operating Efficiency For Listed Airports

Among the many airports in China, the listed airport is a representative of the airportindustry, with its high level of operation management, they stand up to the market. Butthrough research can be found that the listed airport in China in the field of businessdevelopment, business process operations, size, layout, introduction of technologydevelopment, there are not enough efficiency,the listed airport in China have a large room forimprovement in efficiency of resource utilization. Select Scientific method to evaluate ourlisted airport and identify factors that restrict the operation efficiency of listed airport in Chinais very important, and it is also useful to our other airports evaluation efficiency and improveoperational efficiency to a certain enlightenment.This paper compares multiple research methods, analyzed data envelopment analysismethod, stressing the DEA evaluation method in terms of efficiency evaluation of advantagesand disadvantages. This paper established a set of airport operation efficiency evaluationindex system With regard to input-output-based view, traditional CCR models are integratedand cross-analysis of the efficiency evaluation carried on the basis of merit. This paperpresented a neutral cross efficiency evaluation model. the listed airport efficiency areevaluated from the perspective of neutral cross-analysis model. Studies have shown: In the sixlisted airports their technical efficiency values are at a higher level, especially the Pudongairport and the Baoan airport technical efficiency value reached1,suggesting that theseairports in the current technological limitations that the ability to use resource was relativelystrong. In terms of overall efficiency, Pudong International Airport and the Baoan airport,which are the highest, indicating very high output efficiency of the two listed airports. Interms of technical efficiency, the other four listed airports also at a relatively high level, butdue to the efficiencies of scale effects, there have room for improvement.Evaluation results based on operation efficiency of listed airport in China, this paper putsforward the countermeasures to improve the operational efficiency of the listed airport,specifically include the following four elements: Scientific planning construction scale,improve infrastructure conditions;optimization of work flow, strengthening the operation and management of airports; improve the mode of operation and management, and improve thelevel of specialized operation; enhanced technical introductions, encourage independenttechnological innovation activities. These countermeasures can be developed for policymakers in our listed airport to plan the airport development and improve the airport operationsmanagement, and can also be useful to the other airports efficient evaluation and enhanceoperational efficiency to certain enlightenment.
