Research On The Communication Management Of Changzhi Coalbed Methane Project Department

In the modern enterprise project management,communication throughout the lifetime of the project,communication management is regarded as one of the key factors influencing project success.At present,the project in the process of planning and implementation,project communication management is more and more become a prominent problem,due to poor communication project in quality,cost,schedule,etc all kinds of problems,many projects delayed,overruns,and even failure.Solve the problem of optimization of such,become a top priority in enterprise project management.Of changzhi coalbed methane projects in operation of the project communication management problem is the research emphasis of this article,analysis of project department organizational structure project stakeholders,and team culture,communication management plan and management process,with the method of questionnaire survey,find out the main problems existing in the project team communication management.Using the relevant theories to analyze these problems,conclude that communication management board and restricting factors of the project team,project stakeholder management,team communication culture,the communication management plan,management communication consciousness and skills,etc.On this basis,communication management effectiveness evaluation index system was established and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was used to evaluate communication management effectiveness,and then proposed suggestions to increase the level of coalbed methane project communication management.
