Human resource management system is a kind of information management system which puts information technology into human resource management, using the computer to manage the human resource. It is an important component for an enterprise to realize informatization. As the enterprise strategic resources, human resource management is to mine the staff’s potentiality and improve the efficiency of management and production. And the ultimate purpose of it is to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.Following the research ideas of questioning, problem-analysis and problem-solving, the relevant theory and the development situation both at home and abroad of the human resource management was firstly put forward. Then based on the reality and the status of human resource management in details of Ningbo universal concrete company, the problems of the enterprise’s management was raised and it was significant to develop an attendance management subsystem. After that, combining the frontier technologies and implement concept of current human resource management, an attendance management system was designed for the enterprise. This system includes the company all staff’s personal information, learning experience,work experience information, family member information and department information. With the basic attendance management functions, such as acquisition, addition, deletion, inquiry, it can effectively distinguish late, early dismissal, absenteeism, and various holidays information, accurately calculating the employee’s attendance.Finally, through the system test, the practical value of the attendance system was verified. And it laid a foundation for the overall development of human resource management system in the future in this enterprise.
