Although in the past decade, Chinese industry and especially the manufacturing industry has got rapid development and become the "world factory", there is still a long way for China to go from a large manufacturing power to a great manufacturing power. With the outbreak of US financial crisis, China's industrial development is faced with challenges in the "new normal" economy, so China puts forward industrial restructuring and upgrading strategy. In recent years, the rapid development of information and communication technology provides an effective means for enterprises to optimize efficiency and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises with modern information and communication technology.Based on the actual situation of a large domestic manufacturing enterprise and the problems that exist, the enterprise needs and functional requirements are analyzed in the paper, and the design and implementation of attendance module in the corporate human resources management system is studied. Based on the ERP system and database system of the target enterprise and according to the target enterprise' actual production, the in-depth and customized design and development is carried out to achieve management of employee information, job mobility management, management of entry-service and dimission and labor contracts, corporate structure management, rights management as well as uploading and management of personal license, profile, resume and other information, thus improving the efficiency of human resource management objective of the target enterprise. In the paper, according to the situation and characteristics of complicated working time regulations in the target company's departments and frequent adjustment in work time of part positions, a scheduling rule is used combined with scheduling priority, business calendar and intelligent scheduling to achieve automatic scheduling function, thus reducing the workload of scheduling management. Through the data system and periodically synchronize data from the attendance machine, employees' attendance data is obtained; through the name calling attendance regularly executed, the employee's attendance card data is processed to determine employees' attendance status and generate attendance data; repeated calculation is also decreased by optimizing processes and the database-related operations are optimized; besides, the performance of the system is optimized by reducing access frequency to the database server. Finally, the main problems found in the test of attendance module of HRMS and corresponding solutions are listed.In the article, the designed purpose is successfully achieved and the stability, accuracy and performance all reach the expected target. It reduces the workload of the target enterprise's human resource management and is easy for operation. In the paper, based on research and experience about design and implementation of attendance module of ERP systems-based human resources management system, it is meaningful to solve similar problems in the future.
