Abstract/Summary:
From1953to2010,Five-year plans had received success one by one.These plansmake our contry has a solid economy foundation. Although undergoing the financialcrisis,the country’s economy has shown strong growth momentum, and the maindriving force of these dynamics, comes from the flexibility of small enterprises, theyprop up the source of more than half of China’s economy, the promotion of socialstability, increase employment, and promote science and technology innovation, hasan irreplaceable role.Precisely because they occupy an important position in the market and so thequestions they faced in the developing countries has also been of great concern to theacademic community. The main bottlenecks in the development of SMEs are thefollowing two: Firstly, money supply can not meet the requirements of theenterprise;s development and operations. This lack of comprehensive supply offunds are based on the following reasons, partly because national policies andregulations did not reach the point of perfect, and thus can not provide a strongimpetus for the funding of SMEs, in some extents, restricted the development ofSMEs. The second reason is the management ability of small-enterprise owners is notenough to require the embarrassment they encountered,thus can not solvemanagement problems encountered in the development, strategic issues and socialrelations’ issues. Based on the above analysis and discussion, this paper mainly setentrepreneurship, social capital as the independent variable, the dependent variable isbusiness performance,the purpose is to analyze the theoretical and empirical, deeplydiscussed the relationship between the three, so that to solve the real managementissues. The study was conducted according to the following logical sequence:Firstly, reviewed the argument entrepreneurship and social capital theories. Afterreading the classic literature domestic and abroad on the basis of knowing the source,the level of the study, the depth and breadth of research studies for SMEs, thusdiscover the direction of the study and theirs’ position between entrepreneurship andsocial capital,there are two angles to analyze the relationship between the above twoand enterprise performance.Secondly, read the relevant literature on entrepreneurship, social capital andbusiness performance.After study such documents, the paper’s practical significanceand innovations are found The existing research literature has little argument betweenentrepreneurship and social capital, and that this study will conduct a detailedempirical analysis.In a word, the importance of this study is feasible.At the last part of the study, it mainly discusses about the achievement andanalysis the practical importance. Meanwhile, it also sticks out the shortcomings ofthe study and the orientations of further related study.Thirdly, the study designed a questionnaire to collect and analysis data.Underthe using of software SPSS20.0,the statistical result is showed obviously by themethods of descriptive statistics, regression analysis and correlation analysis.Theassumptions are shown in excel. The survey questionnaires collected reliable100copies, reaching the number of available empirical analysis. An Empirical Study ofthe results showed that entrepreneurship and social capital on business performancehas a significant positive effect, in which social relations are perceived businessperformance and cognitive performance have a strong market influence.At the last part of the study, it mainly discussed about the achievement,analysis practical importance. Meanwhile, it also points out the deficiencies of thestudy and the orientations of further related study.
