Financial Performance management plays an important role in the operation andmanagement activities S Bank B branches, with the gradual development of the deepeningof China’s financial reform and the market economy and improvement of financialmanagement has become a core issue S Bank B branches for future development. Onlythrough scientific and rational use of financial management tools, to make an objective lookat their situation, should attach great importance to the specific implementation of FinancialPerformance Management, financial management of the shortcomings were constantlyrevised, long-term efforts and continuous scientific exploration and innovation of a series SBank in line with the actual needs of the real B branch Financial Performance Managementsystem, in essence promoting Financial Performance Management promoted to a higherlevel. And to improve economic efficiency S Bank B branches enhance the competitivenessof S Bank branches to achieve S smooth transition to a bank B branch of international banks,transformed into the true meaning of modern banking.
