The third scientific and technological revolution, which is represented by the electronic computer, life science and space science & technology, has made the electronic computer and the Internet from the early military use to civilian use. Personal computers opened their mysterious veils, and begun to enter into millions of households, and through links to Internet service providers, closer to the distance between each Internet users, commercial areas resulting many to "computers", "the Internet" as the key words of the new business mode, the new business mode "e-commerce" came into being.As the pace of people's work and life is accelerating by "Internet+", traditional store shopping mode is gradually substituted by more time-saving and convenient online shopping mode. All kinds of e-commerce platforms, which are to provide comprehensive and thoughtful e-commerce services, are going up like bamboos shooting after a spring rain. As the "blood" of national economy, the financial industry, especially the banking industry, yet conforms to the irreversible trend rising in the twenty-first century, "down streaming". Through integrating internal resources and preferring policies of banking system, and with the gradually accumulated technical advantages of process of information and network, the e-commerce platforms have been built up which belong to the banks themselves.Compared with domestic banks, such as Bank of Communications, China Construction Bank or Agricultural Bank of China, A Bank e-commerce platform started relatively later, which put into operation in January,2014. But after nearly two years of operation and untiring marketing of the staffs, the platform currently owns more than 20 million registered users, and the accelerating transaction amount breaks 600 billion RMB, which ranked the top ten domestic e-commerce business companies.The PEST and SWOT analytical methods have been used, and through the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of A Bank e-commerce platform, the advantages can be used for reference; it reveals the places for optimizing and modifying, and makes the rich for improvement schemes and suggestions, hoping to provide new ideas for the future construction of A Bank e-commerce platform, and strive to achieve to a higher level and a wider field.
