In the past100years, especially in recent years, the Chinese condiment industry from a backward industry to become the market standard, the fierce competition in the industry, has formed the scale and development ability of certain industry system, entered a new era for the development of. China condiment has for ten consecutive years to achieve annual growth rate of more than20%, annual output of more than15000000tons, the annual output value of more than130000000000yuan. Strong potential of condiment industry is released, has become a hot and bright spot in China’s food industry growth. But whether the category and quantity, whether it is equipment R&D, compared with the international advanced level, the gap is still very great, far can not meet the increasing needs of life, the Chinese condiment industry is mostly in the low-end products, high-end products almost by foreign capital. The problems have affected the sustained and healthy development of the industry has Chinese. Therefore, can be said to have entered the best condiment development, the fastest period, at the same time, also is in the adjustment period, differentiation. Condiment industry is facing challenges and opportunities coexist, the future development of space is still very great. Development status must be comprehensive analysis of industry internal and external environment, the industry at home and abroad, from the strategy for the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and the development of innovative ideas. HN condiment company as a domestic hundred years old and famous enterprises, to seize the opportunities for development, upgrading innovation development through transformation, to do fine and stronger. At this juncture, it needs a strategy to guide the direction of enterprise development. We hope that through this research strategy, select suitable for enterprise development strategy.Based on the HN development strategy of the company as the research object. The main idea of the paper study make full use of and the use of strategic management theory, combining the domestic and foreign scholars, according to the successful practice of typical strategic industry practice, using the survey method, comparative analysis method and statistical analysis method, analysis of HN condiment of the problems faced by companies, to understand the current situation and development trend of the industry, analysis the industry’s internal and external environment, combined with the analysis of data, analysis, SWOT analysis, value chain analysis, the five forces competitive analysis using PEST, using strategic decision method development model--competitive strategy--implementation of the path, and choose HN condiment company development strategy, development model and competitive strategy gives HN condiment company, implementation path given development strategy, proposed the implementation of the development strategy.Through the analysis to the internal and external environment facing the company and the core competitiveness, HN condiment companies need to develop and select suitable for the development of enterprises related to business strategy, more important is to ensure the realization of the strategic target through the implementation of enterprise development strategies, so as to promote the enterprises to further growth and development. The study concluded that HN condiment company has strong advantages in the aspects of technological innovation, product innovation, brand value, introducing foreign capital and market development etc.. The company should be professional development in condiment industry business strategy as a guide, to industry specialization and diversification of products for the development mode of operation, with low cost and enterprise differentiation competitive strategy, demand from the guide, product innovation, investment, technology innovation, four paths of enterprise development strategies, the implementation of the corresponding, guarantee the implementation of the corresponding strategy from the three aspects of organizational restructuring, the allocation of resources, culture etc.. The conclusion of the study for the development of the company, and feasible.
