Constructing And Post-evaluating The Management System Of Xinjiang Mobile Company

Since xinjiang mobile company has founded for13years, which overcomes a series ofdifficulties such as the poor foundation、the complicated external environment and fierce thecompetition of the market, thus achieves a good performerce and becomes the backbone enterpaiseof the telecommunication enterpaises of xinjiang, which contributes the development of thexinjiang’s economy and society. But it can’t be ignored that xinjiang mobile company has someproblems in the magagement of the base station. It is short of a comprehensive and meticulousmanagement platform in the magagement of the base station, which affects the whole developmentof xinjiang mobile company. In order to settles the problems, xinjiang mobile company introducesthe management system of the IBASE base station which is developed by a information technologycompany called “yunbo”.The thesis researches the construction and evaluation of xinjiang mobile’s the managementsystem of the IBASE base station. In this thesis, based on the related theories includes projectmanagement and project evalution, we analyze the overall architecture and function of the system,the building programs and the progress of the project. Besides, we evaluate the project and analyzethe effectiveness、the existing problems and the next plan of the project. The purpose of the paper isto achieve the goal of xinjiang mobile’s the management system of the IBASE base station andpromote the development of xinjiang mobile company.
