| Project life cycle is usually divided into four stages, namely the concept stage, development stage, implementation stage and finish stage. Post project evaluation is an important part of the fourth stage for project life cycle.Post project evaluation can give a systematic comprehensive analysis of the whole process in the activities of project after which has been built and put into operation for a period of time. It can present an objective and complete reevaluation on benefit and effect of the finance, economy, society, environment and sustainability of the practical project. Also, it is an evaluation method of judging the extent of achieving the goal of the project.In this paper, we hackle the index system of post evaluation for similar communication construction projects in China Mobile, and mainly study the post target evaluation by analyzing the cases. By evaluating omnibearingly the post target which adapted from market, network, benefit, schedule and risk, we report and summarize the experience and insufficiency, and present related strategic suggestions.Whereas post project evaluation is not an isolated work, it must be emphasized that only reasonably selecting project, evaluating, putting forward suggestion, sharing and applying achievements, can the post project evaluation really play a role and offer plans for the enterprise's sound development. Based on this, some useful suggestions are also put forward here to improve post project evaluation for China's Mobile Communication Enterprise. |
