Faced with these problems, the fifth chapter proposes policyrecommendations to promote the rational and orderly transfer of land, which not onlyrequires local governments to speed up the establishment of a sound social securitysystem in urban and rural integration, the establishment of land transfer mechanism tofacilitate the orderly transfer of land, but also the State the introduction of certaininstitutions and policies to increase government financial support for efforts to promotethe healthy and orderly development of the land transfer.
