Research On Vegetable Quality And Safety Of Yinzhou District, Tieling Liaoning Province

With the development of economy, progress of vegetable industry of our country is rapidly. But theproblems about vegetable Quality and Safety are increasingly prominent. Vegetable quality and safetyconcerns the safety of the lives and health of the general public. Even affect social stability andeconomic development. Improving the quality of the vegetables, not only ensure the vegetable growerscan survive in the circulation of sustainable development and benefit more, but also improve people’slife quality and be an important factor which affecting social harmony and development. Therefore,finding a way which can realize the safety quality level of vegetables from the present of low quality,unsafe, low efficiency, to high quality, safe, efficient, and guarantee the quality and safety of vegetablesfundamentally become an urgent problem to solve.This paper researches on vegetable quality and safety of Yinzhou District of Tieling in LiaoningProvince. Based on international and domestic research, field investigation and questionnaire survey,generalize about the current situation and experience of quality and safety of vegetables in Yinzhoudistrict in detail and dissect its problems and influence. This thesis reveals that the threat of environmentin the air, water, soil of vegetable quality and safety in Yinzhou District, residual of hypertoxic andhighly residual pesticides in local circumstances, low production of vegetable, the problem of credit andresponsibility trace hard, dig deeper causes from many aspects.In view of the vegetable problems and causes of Yinzhou District, this paper summarized outmeasures to improve vegetable quality and safety in this area. They are raising awareness of vegetablequality and safety, strengthen the education and training of farmers, increasing the vegetable qualitysafety publicity and illegal rectification, improving environment, protecting the vegetables growing innatural conditions, improving the relevant legislation on vegetable quality and safety aspects, promotingvegetable industry standardization and intensive management with agricultural demonstration base,sounding the quality security system of vegetables which including the quality and safety supervisionsystem, technical support system, detection of service system and safety production traceability system.
